Administration
Andrea Freeman, Principal

It is with great pride and gratitude that I continue serving as the principal of Fayetteville Elementary School, a role I have been honored to hold since 2024. Every day, I am inspired by the incredible students, dedicated educators, and supportive families who make our school community exceptional. Together, we are building on a strong tradition of excellence while creating limitless opportunities for every child to succeed.
For more than 20 years, I have dedicated my career to education, beginning as a special education teacher, where I spent 12 years helping students discover their strengths and reach their potential. Those experiences taught me that every child can learn, grow, and achieve when provided with the right support, encouragement, and opportunities. My journey later led me to serve as a Dean of Students in Fulton County and an Assistant Principal at Starr’s Mill High School, where I deepened my understanding of the power of strong relationships, high expectations, and collaborative leadership.
These experiences have shaped my core belief that all students can achieve at high levels. At Fayetteville Elementary, we are committed to maintaining high standards and providing rigorous, engaging instruction that challenges students to think critically, persevere through obstacles, and reach beyond what they thought possible. We believe excellence is not reserved for a few. It is attainable for every child.
